The super angled shaft on this Olympic EZ Curl Bar will aid in developing upper arm mass, strength, and definition while simultaneously reducing discomfort in your forearms. This bar is constructed from cold drawn solid steel with a chrome/black oxide coat finish. The diamond knurled 28mm handgrips offer a secure, non-slip grip, and the rotating sleeves with bushings reduce pressure on the hands and wrists. The 48″ Olympic EZ Curl Bar is designed to accommodate weight plates with a 2-inch center hole. The loadable sleeve length is 6.25 inches. 30-day manufacturer’s warranty*. Weight plates are not included.
